Room to Read creates a world free from illiteracy and gender inequality. We achieve this goal by helping children in historically low-income communities develop literacy skills and by helping girls develop skills to succeed in school and make important life choices. We work with governments and other partner organizations to achieve positive outcomes for children at scale. The ideal candidate has a bachelor`s degree or equivalent work experience The Business Development Manager is part of the Global Development team and reports to the Director of Development, EMEA. The working week is 40 hours. The Middle East is one of Room to Read`s newest and most important markets, and we are looking for a dynamic, friendly and results-oriented individual to help us build on this success. The successful candidate must be a motivated team player who is committed to our cause and has a proven track record of results.
